Persistent Rnapp error message

I am running Windows 98 SE and am receiving the error 'Rnapp caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll'. It doesn't seem to do any harm, but it is a nuisance and I'd like to get rid of it once and for all.

Errors relating to Rnapp are generally caused by running an incorrect version of the Windows Dial-Up Networking software, or by running web monitoring software that is incompatible with it. We would suggest running the System File Checker (go to Start, Run and type sfc) to see if you have the correct versions of all your system files. Also, temporarily disable any web performance monitoring or security software to see if it is responsible for the errors.
